So we had been given a ‘fun’ task to take 600 photos, looking at 6 different categories.

Depth of field
Composition
Light
Colour
Texture
tonality

I unfortunately don’t have a proper camera to take these pictures so I had to make do with my Iphone 5 camera. I went to different locations to try and have a mixture of images. I went to the beach, a forest and walked up Cave hill. I actually had alot of fun taking them, even attempting to lean over the Napoleons nose on the cave hill to get a good shot . After taking loads of photos I had to pick my top 5 in each. I picked the ones that I personally liked because of colour, location or quality. Some pictures I took and was very surprised at how well they turned out. After taking so many photos I got an idea of what I liked and what to look for. I found that even when I was out for other reasons, I would see a scene I really liked and stopped to take a picture.
